Please read these Terms and Conditions (T&C) carefully before using the bioingene.com website operated by Bioingene.
T&C for Speakers
Presentable Data: All our webinars are recorded and live broadcasted on our YouTube channel. Kindly keep it in mind during your slide preparation to remove any unpublished data or present them in a generalized way.
YouTube Recording: Recorded webinar is the property of Bioingene.com and it will remain on the Bioingene YouTube channel until we remove it. We will be unable to keep any request from the speaker or anyone to remove it or make it private from public status.
Zoom Link: Please do not share Zoom webinar joining link with anyone.
T&C for Audiences
Bioingene provides e-certificate for the live webinar, workshop, training participation and poster submission (to be displayed on our website). No certificate is issued for the discussion section.
Bioingene provides e-certificate as a PDF file only and no hardcopy (printed copy) is issued.
Feedback cum e-certificate application (google form) link is automatically displayed after webinar registration. When you click on the registration form submit button a thank you message with the feedback link (for the particular webinar) will appear on your screen. So, all registered participants have the feedback link by default. This link will be active during the webinar and the password will be available after the webinar presentation and the live session.
Bioingene webinar duration is generally 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours, so participants need a good quality internet connection. Wifi connection with unlimited data would be better than limited mobile data. Your limited internet data or troubled internet connection may result in interrupted viewing or screen freezing, that is beyond our capacity.
A good amount of experimental data and graphs are a major part of our speaker’s presentation/lecture. It is advised that using a personal computer (PC, Laptop, iPad, tablet) will be better than a mobile handset to view the webinar.
Enable the YouTube chat box option to interact with us and view our instructions and password during the webinar.
Please DO NOT give out any information about the webinar link or password and misguide other participants in the live chat. If we see this type of activity, that someone is intentionally doing this, we will block that person from our channel for the next 6 months.
A password for the feedback form submission will be provided during the LIVE webinar in the YouTube chatbox. Please collect the password, it is required to apply for an e-certificate and also for submission of feedback.
Please put your correct details in the feedback form and full name of your institute. If we find any anomaly in the forms, e-certificates will not be issued for the particular participant.
Use the same email ID in both cases webinar registration and feedback submission for the particular webinar. Mismatch make you an unregistered participants and e-certificates will not be issued.
Feedback submission is mandatory (within 5 hour after the webinar) if you want to receive a webinar participation e-certificate.
E-certificates will be available after 2-3 working days on our website (www.bioingene.com/certificates). Participants can download it from our website. Bioingene does not send e-certificates to any participants through email or any other method.
Keep your patience during the webinar. Don’t ask for a password during the webinar or ahead of time, we will give it at the right time and multiple times.
Please do not make unrelated and inappropriate comments in LIVE chat. If you have queries which are unrelated to the talk, please email us (admin@bioingene.com).
We collect webinar related questions from the YouTube live chat. Don’t paste same question multiple times in the YouTube Live chat box.
Webinar recordings are made available on our Bioingene YouTube channel. PPT or PDF of the webinar lectures will not be available.
Bioingene is a global platform, the webinars are international and open for global participants, so please ask your questions in ENGLISH only, for better understanding.
T&C for Bioingene-PSJ authors
Bioingene PSJ publication is free of any charges; it is 100% free for all (authors and readers).
All articles and manuscripts must be submitted formally via the website. Manuscripts submitted to any personal email or sent to our team member will not be considered as formal submission.
We are very serious about the “Peer-review” process and no manuscript will be accepted without clearance from the peer-review process.
If we find any misconduct or unethical practices in a published article we will retract immediately without author concern.
We consider that “Plagiarism is a crime” . We try our best to remove plagiarism from the manuscript during peer-review process and final editing in production. It is expected from the authors too that their submitted manuscript should be free from plagiarism.
We track authors’ activity in Bioingene PSJ. If we find intentional submission of highly plagiarized manuscripts or not abiding by the peer-review process we give them a formal warning and finally they will be blacklisted from Bioingene PSJ.
